By accessing or using Nova Sphere's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

Nova Sphere is a technology company providing software development and digital marketing services, including:

• •Web and mobile application development, and custom software
• •AI agent development, chatbots, and workflow automation
• •UI/UX design for web and mobile products
• •Marketing strategy, SEO, digital advertising, and social media management

The precise scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal or service agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails. This website itself is informational only - no accounts, purchases, or automated sign-ups are offered through it.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information
• •Supply content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner, since delays on your side may affect agreed delivery dates
• •Confirm that you hold the rights to any material you ask us to use, such as text, images, logos, or trademarks
• •Keep credentials for any accounts or systems we set up for you secure, and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use
• •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Nova Sphere or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent, and our trademarks and logos may not be used without prior permission.

For client work, ownership of the custom deliverables we build for you - source code, designs, and content produced specifically for your project - transfers to you once we have received payment in full, unless your agreement says otherwise. Until then, we retain ownership.

We keep ownership of anything we bring to the project independently: our pre-existing code, internal libraries, tools, and know-how. Where these are embedded in your deliverables, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of the work. Deliverables may also include third-party open-source components, which remain governed by their own licences. Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may name you as a client and show the work in our portfolio.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Sphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding twelve months.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service or other harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kragujevac, Serbia.
